Terms of Service

Welcome to GidigidiDATA. By using our website, agent portal, and data reselling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an agent or using our service to purchase data bundles, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use.

2. Service Description

GidigidiDATA provides an automated platform for purchasing and reselling internet data bundles (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) and paying utility bills. We offer direct purchasing, an Agent/Reseller portal with personalized store links, USSD access for agents, and wallet systems.

3. User & Agent Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, Promo Codes, and Agent codes.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all beneficiary phone numbers entered for data delivery. Data sent to incorrect numbers cannot be reversed.
  • Maintaining sufficient wallet balance if you are purchasing via the wallet payment method or USSD.
  • Agents must provide accurate WhatsApp/contact details on their store page for their customers to reach them.
  • Adhering to strict Order Rules: You must NOT place orders on Turbonet SIMs, Broadband SIMs, Agent SIMs, Invalid SIMs, Ported numbers, or Wrong numbers.
  • Avoiding Duplicate Orders: You must wait for the first order to be delivered before placing another order for the exact same number. Failure to do so may result in the loss of funds with no refund.

4. Payments, Wallets, and Commissions

All wallet top-ups and direct payments via Paystack or Moolre are subject to verification. Agents earn passive income and direct commissions on sales, which are instantly credited to their secure wallets upon successful order fulfillment. If an order fails, associated commissions are rolled back automatically. Agent withdrawals are processed to the specified Mobile Money number within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime, GidigidiDATA is not responsible for data delivery delays caused by the underlying telecommunication networks (MTN, Telecel, etc.) or payment gateway downtimes.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the new terms.
