Before requesting, please ensure the beneficiary number is a valid MTN/TELECEL/AIRTELTIGO number. We cannot reverse transactions sent to the wrong network or number.
Order Rules - Do NOT place orders on:
- Turbonet SIMs
- Broadband SIMs
- Agent SIMs
- Invalid SIMs
- Ported numbers
- Wrong numbers
- Duplicate orders – wait for the first order to be delivered before placing another for the same number.
There are no refunds if you place an order on any of the SIM types listed above, on a wrong number, or while owing MTN airtime. GidigidiDATA has a strict no-refund policy for these cases.

Wait for the first order to be delivered before placing another for the same number. Otherwise you will get one and receive one or lose it all and nothing can be done about it.
Strict No-Refund Conditions
- We cannot issue a refund if you provide an incorrect or invalid phone number (e.g., wrong network or non-existent number) and the data is successfully sent to it.
- We cannot issue a refund once an order has been marked as "Completed" or "Delivered".
- We cannot issue a refund for funds already deposited into your Agent Wallet. Wallet funds must be used for purchasing products on the platform.
Eligible Refund Requests (Auto-Refunds)
- If an order fails at the network provider level (e.g., MTN system downtime), the system will automatically trigger an atomic refund.
- Wallet Payments: The exact amount deducted will be instantly credited back to your wallet.
- Moolre / Paystack Direct Payments: The order amount will be credited back to your GidigidiDATA account wallet (or hidden customer wallet) for future use.
- Agent Direct Commissions and Passive Commissions for failed orders are automatically reversed.
